The king of Planet FM. Once, he was seen as a great, evil overlord, who threatened the earth with his beloved pet and doomsday weapon, Andromeda. However, once that plan was foiled, his true colors were revealed – he was little more than an overly paranoid wimp, easily manipulated by his evil advisor, Gemini.

Upon meeting MegaMan, Cepheus was shown the power of LOVE and FRIENDSHIP. And with the drop of a hat, he was plagued with these… morals. Ugh. Now, he is a staunch advocate of goodness and love, one day hoping to spread smiles all across the galaxy.

The fused form of the earthling boy Geo Stelar, and the EM being, Omega-Xis. MegaMan is the hero of Earth, blah blah blah, we hate him.

Geo Stelar is a shy, 13-year old schoolboy living in the small town of Echo Ridge. He would much rather spend his time stargazing than fighting, but is often coaxed into it by the violence-obsessed Omega-Xis. Omega, or "Mega," is a good alien at heart; however, he is prone to great impatience, particularly at times he’d rather be fighting.
